2. About Our Services

The Website provides information about private French-language coaching, language assessment, examination preparation, and related educational services offered by Bespoke Lingvo.

Information appearing on the Website is intended to help prospective clients understand our approach and determine whether they may wish to contact us.

The Website itself does not constitute an offer or agreement to provide coaching services.

Submitting an enquiry through the Website, sending an email, participating in an introductory discussion, or requesting an assessment does not by itself create a client relationship.

If we agree to work together, the terms governing your coaching programme, including scope, scheduling, fees, payment, cancellation or rescheduling, confidentiality, and other terms, may be set out separately in a service agreement or engagement terms.

If a separate service agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the service agreement will govern the provision of the relevant services.

Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not:

  • reproduce or republish substantial portions of Website content;
  • modify Website content and present the modified material as ours;
  • sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute Website content;
  • use our original educational materials to create or market a competing product or service;
